Troubleshooting, Tips and Tricks
- The amount the toy will swing depends on the amount of light reaching the solar cell. If toy is swinging too much and making noise, cover a portion of the solar cell with dark tape or a sticker until an acceptable level of motion is reached.
- Ensure there is enough ambient light to power the toy. In low light, the toy may not operate, or it may take some time to build up to a noticeable swinging motion. If the toy is not moving, move the toy so that more light reaches the solar cell.
- If there seems to be enough light, but toy is not swinging or operating properly, give he moving portion a gentle tap. If the moving portion seems bound up or not moving freely, hold the non-moving portion and lift gently on the moving portion and reposition it until the moving portion swings freely with a gentle touch.
- Toy may be cleaned with a damp cloth. Do not use harsh chemicals when cleaning. Do not use moderate or excessive force while cleaning. Do not immerse in water. The toy has no required maintenance and contains no user-serviceable parts. The toy contains no batteries.

- The toy is not meant to be handled excessively or played with by children. Small parts can break off the toy and create a choking hazard. If dropped or damaged, the toy may cease to function properly.

When deployed in a commercial environment, the operator assumes all responsibility for verifying compliance with local industrial electromagnetic compatibility (EMC) guidelines. The manufacturer is not liable for any secondary electronic failures, data corruption, or equipment malfunctions caused by the electromagnetic pulse field generated by the integrated copper coil.
Electromagnetic Field (EMF) Safety & Handling Warnings
- Pacemaker / Medical Device Hazard: This kit generates localized, pulsed electromagnetic fields. Do not operate this device near individuals with cardiac pacemakers, ICDs, or other active implanted medical devices.
- Proximity to Sensitive Electronics: Do not place the copper coil or magnet directly on top of, or within 6 inches (15 cm) of, sensitive microelectronics, solid-state storage (SSDs/SD cards), or magnetic media, as localized magnetic spikes may disrupt data or hardware.
- Component Modifications: Any user modifications to the pulse-generating circuitry, solar input regulators, or copper coil specifications are strictly prohibited. Unauthorized alterations may violate FCC rules by inadvertently shifting the operational frequency or power output, voiding the user’s authority to operate the equipment.
Damaged Circuits, Returns
If your circuit is broken or not working as it should, please send it to us for a free replacement. You’ll need to cover shipping and the cost of a padded mailer and we’ll cover return shipping and the cost of the replacement unit. The padded mailer is necessary to prevent further circuit damage so we can evaluate the issue. The replacement unit will be a new unit, not repaired.
Please do not return the magnet with your shipment, since it is unlikely that the magnet is the problem, and magnets like to attach themselves to postal and shipping equipment.
